And with summer upon us and the desire for sweet and refreshing, this coconut ice recipe hits the spot.
I had a bunch of desiccated coconut and I wanted to do something with it. Pre no-sugar days, my favourite chocolate bar was a bounty…oh and then there was the cherry ripe, both of which the key player was coconut.
